In IndexedDB — your browser's built-in database — on your device. The Workspace reads it locally; the Backup tab exports it as one JSON file you control. Clearing your browser data deletes it, so keep backups of anything important.
Yes. After your first visit, a service worker keeps every page and the PDF engine cached on your device. We test invoice generation with the network disabled — it works. Install it from the address bar (or the “Install app” button) and it behaves like a native app.
Yes — export the single-file backup from the Workspace, open the site on the other machine, and import it. Everything arrives: documents, clients, items, snippets, businesses and numbering sequences.
Yes — GSTIN fields for both parties, automatic CGST/SGST vs IGST split from the place of supply, HSN/SAC columns, ₹ formatting with lakh/crore words, April–March financial-year numbering, and a UPI payment QR printed on the PDF.
There isn't one. The PDF contains your branding and nothing else — no footer credit, no “made with”, no upgrade nag. We'd rather you tell a friend than be forced to advertise us to your clients.
