Payslips that look like they came from a payroll department

Small businesses, startups and households employing staff all face the same gap: employees need proper salary slips — for rent agreements, loan applications, visa paperwork, new jobs — but full payroll software is overkill for a team of two. This generator produces a clean, professional payslip in a minute: your logo, the pay period, itemised earnings and deductions in the classic two-column layout, gross and net totals, and the net amount written out in words.

Built for the Indian salary structure (and everyone else)

The default rows follow standard Indian payroll: Basic salary, House Rent Allowance, conveyance and special allowances on the earnings side; Provident Fund, professional tax and TDS on the deductions side — with the net amount written in the lakh/crore system. Every row is editable, removable and extendable, so the same tool produces a generic international payslip just as easily: switch the format and the words switch to millions.

Why salary slips matter

Salary data should never touch someone else's server

Compensation is the most sensitive data a business holds. This tool runs entirely in your browser: nothing is uploaded, no account exists, and we could not see your payroll if we wanted to. The PDF carries no watermark — it is your document, on your letterhead.

Frequently asked questions

What should a salary slip include?

Company and employee identification, the pay period, itemised earnings and deductions, gross pay, total deductions, and net pay — with the amount in words for formal use.

Can I add custom earning or deduction rows?

Yes — add, rename or remove any row. Common additions: bonus, overtime, leave encashment, loan recovery, ESI.

Does it work for currencies other than ₹?

The Indian format uses ₹ with lakh/crore words; the generic format uses western words. (Multi-currency selection is on the engine pages; payslips default to INR.)

Is anything stored or uploaded?

Nothing leaves your device. The slip exists only in your browser until you download the PDF.
